Rental Policies
Fees: Rent: $3500 lower unit Cleaning Fee: $ 150-$300 Security Deposit (fully refundable if left in same condition): $800 - $1000. City Tax (10%) No Pets No Smoking All fees due three weeks prior to arrival.
Half of all fees are required to book your desired week. Contract must be returned one week after receipt, or courtesy hold will expire, and unit will be offered to anyone interested.
