It has a cozy yet formal living room that opens to the old-brick paved patio and English garden with complete garden funiture, outdoor heater, and barbecue grill where you can enjoy serenity and the sound of crashing waves during peaceful afternoons and evening. The dining room opens to the patio and the English Garden. Tthe breakfast bar with natural granite counter top is adjacent to the gorgeous kitchen which is equipped with state of the art appliances. The Master suite upstairs has a jet tub and separate shower area and a huge dressing room with walk in closet and separate men's closet. The master bedroom also has a balcony that will allow you to enjoy the sound of the waves from the beach and the view of the garden. The entertainment room is also a fourth bedroom with a pullout queen size bed, huge TV, surround sound stereo, dvd player, and CD. In the hallway you will find fine art work hanging on the walls. The house has cable and internet connectivity.

Sea Manor has a spacious master suite that has a balcony where guest can enjoy the quaint and lovely location of the property and the soothing sound of crashing waves from the nearby Carmel Point Beach. The master bath has skylights that allows the guest a chance to enjoy moonlit baths and stargazing(if weather permits). It also has separate men's closet, separate water closet and dressing room. The second room is furnished with queen size bed, heirloom desks and dresser, and chest of drawers. This room shares a bathroom with tub and overhead shower, with the third room called the Boy's room. The fourth room which is considered as the family room/entertainment room combination has a huge TV, surround sound stereo, DVD player, VCR , video games, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped, and kitchen and dining linens as well as casual dining utensils are provided for. It is also equipped with Wolf Range, Thermador double oven, high end dishwasher, baking and cooking utensils are also provided for you to enjoy. The staff can arrange a special romantic dinner catered by a reputable restaurant from Carmel with string quartet entertainment upon request. Toilet tissues and adequate supply of paper towels are available in the linen closet. Sea Manor is accessible and just a walking distance to the famous Carmel Mission.

Rental Policies
Rental Price is quoted in Dollars and owner or property representatives are not responsible for any currency conversion. Rates are subject to change without notice, and excludes utilities, weekly cleaning. Weekly garden maintenance, basic cable TV and Comcast high speed internet connectivity is included in the weekly rental at no cost.. Rental period is for weekly rental. Saturday to Saturday rental period. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rental price. RENTS RECEIVED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR WHATEVER REASON. It is suggested that renters avail of travel insurance to protect them from any unforseen events such as health problems like allergies, illness, etc 40% reservation deposit is due upon reservation and 60% balance due 15 days after receipt of reservation deposit..
50% of rental price is required. Deposit is refundable by mail 5 to 10 business days immediately after check out date and after the owner or property representative has inspected the property and the inventory noted. Any damage to property but not limited to stains on any part of the property, losses caused to the property or it's contents during the renters stay will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged but not limited to the security deposit noted herein. In the event of any damage or losses, the owner or property representative reserves the right to charge you the relative amount and will be deducted from your deposit. Should you decide to leave the property prematurely for whatever reason, all rents are not refundable and portion of the deposit (less any deductions for damages, losses or additional expenses such as but not limited to cleaning fees) refundable shall be mailed to renter 10 to 15 business days and only after having checked the property and the inventory. Please note that final cleaning fee of $250 ( minimum ) shall be charged to deposit.
RENTS are not refundable. Changes, alteration or transfer of booking to other person on condition that there are no changes to the rental period shall be charged a minimum of $170 booking fee and other additonal costs of the booking such as mailing of documents, etc. CANCELLATION POLICY: The following penalties apply 20% of rental price if cancellation is made at least 120 days before the start of the rental period in writng or email 30% of rental price if cancellation is made at least 119 days to 90 days before the start of rental period 50% of rental price if cancellation is made at least 89 days to 70 days before the start of the rental period 90% of rental price if cancellation is made at least 69 to 31 days days before the start of the rental period 100% of rental price if cancellation is made at 30 days to day 1 of the rental period.
