Our Puerto Vallarta beach front home is the perfect condo in the perfect tropical weather location. Here you can watch the sunset from your balcony while enjoying the view of the peaceful blue waters of Banderas Bay. Our condo in the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta Resort is located beach front in the heart of the hotel district. It is approximately a ten minute drive from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. You will find all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Our Puerto Vallarta beach front condo is approximately 730 sq. feet and is decorated with a Mexican flair. It has a new air conditioner (8/05), 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bath with sink area separated from the shower area, living room, dining room, kitchen and a balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove, sink, full size fridge, microwave, and everything you need to prepare for breakfast on the balcony or a romantic sunset dinner.

All dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, blender, toaster oven, and George Foreman grill, are provided as well as bed linens and towels.

One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper.

From our large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown PV, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. We often see dolphins playing off shore. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship, whales in season, as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.

The maid cleans 2 times per week.

The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi.

On-Site Amenities

Wonderful beach side pool with island and swim up bar. There is a raised beach close by. Walk down the steps to the real beach with palapas. Whether you prefer the beach, the raised beach or pool side treat you can order a drink from your chair. Here you can watch the waves, the palm trees sway, look for dolphins, and the mountains. To start your morning you can work out in the gym or take a walk on the beach. You can end your day in the hot tubs or the sauna in the all adult area. We have tennis courts, and a pool table. There are 3 restaurants on site. There is a business center with computer access. We do however, have direct high speed internet access right in the comfort of our condo.

We have a great kids pool and kids club. There are activities for all ages.

3 almost new elevators will take you up to our 15 floor condo.

Our sofa couch is custom made to be a particularly comfortable queen bed.

We are an easy walk to grocery stores as well as a large mall with an air-conditioned movie theater. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The best restaurants are downtown and on the south side of town. Both are an easy bus or taxi ride away. (5 to 10 min.)

Activities and Attractions

The Bay of Banderas is filled with marine life. Take a boat tour to see the whales and turtles in season. Or take a boat tour to the south shore areas for a day of fun in the sun. You may want to go up into the mountains for the beautiful scenery on the way and have lunch there. Or take a canopy tour and whisk through the trees. Be sure to take a sunset/evening walk along the Malecon in downtown Puerto Vallarta. This is near the famous Cathedral of Guadaloupe and the downtown plaza with Sunday evening concerts. There is often free entertainment in front of the Arches at the south end of the Malecon. Puerto Vallarta is home to many world class restaurants. Come and enjoy it all.

Rental Rate Notes

There is a extra fee per person over 2 guests of $25 per person to cover extra laundry and maid fees.

Rental Policies

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with doors closed. 50% is due to reserve your dates. The remainder is due upon arrival in US dollars. If your reservation is made less than 60 days prior, 100% is due upon booking. . The value of 20% of your stay is non-refundable. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable.
