Our home is in one of the most prestigous and beautiful residential gated communities in Venice and Sarasota County -- Venice Golf and Country Club (VGCC). The community is beautifully maintained with 24 hour security and a "manned" guard gate. The club's fitness center is state-of-the-art and seldom is there any wait for equipment. Tennis is available on soft courts. Golf is available at an extra charge. The club's dining facilities are available and our guests only pay for food as this owner has already paid gratuities. The private community is perfect for bike riding and walking with sidewalks throughout. VGCC is a mecca for outdoor living with our home inviting the same. Our lanai has a beautiful bronze dolphin base-glass top dining table on the lanai that can seat 6. Activities and Attractions
Arts performances in Venice and Sarasota are wonderful and plentiful.........and easily accessible. Restaurants are abundant and close, from casual to upscale. State and national parks are close and wonderful places to visit while here. The Barnum and Bailey Circus is well remembered via the Ringling Museum in Sarasota which also proudly has one of the finest art collections in the Country in the Ringling Art Museum. Throughout the area there are art exhibits, performing arts shows, drama, and this area is home ot numerous professional baseball "spring training". A day trip can me made to Busch Gardens in Tampa, to Crystal River to swim with the Manatees or just lay out in the sun with a cool drink in one hand and a book in the other.

Rental based on no more than 6 people. Children by agreement and only if accompanied by sufficient responsible adults. No teenagers without adults at any time. No toddlers at any time without responsible adults and without notifying owner for approval and written agreement. Deposit required. Damage agreement and refundable deposit required. References required. Pre-payment of rental required. Cancellation allowed with penalty. Absolutely no smoking on site. No pets without specific authorization and additional deposit and written agreement.Rental Policies

Deposit for one half of rental required withing 7 days of reservation with balance required no later than 90 days prior to beginning rental date. Additionally, damage deposits, or other required deposits as agreed, must be received by owner no later than 30 days prior to beginning rental date.
Deposits will be refunded, following owner, or inspection by owner's representative, less any amount of deposit necessary to repair, clean, or otherwise return the home to the condition in which the tenant received the home on the scheduled beginning date of tenant's rental period. Such inspection shall be completed withing 30 days of tenant's rental period scheduled ending. "return to the condition in which tenant received the home at the scheduled beginning of rental period" shall include any changes to the conditions of the home including, but not limited to, damage or staining re: carpet condition, walls, electronics, kitchen items, negligent use and/or abuse of any property of owner.
