Rental Rate Notes Reservations require a 50% deposit of the rental rate with security deposit. Balance and cleaning fee due 10 days prior to occupancy. Changes are subject to a $50 fee. A 14 day cancellation policy is required to receive a 100% refund, minus a $100 processing fee. With fewer than 14 days notice, no refunds apply. Security deposit is $500. Cleaning Fee is $100.
