Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner's rates in US funds. We require total amount due upfront to secure the rental along, with a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, unless damage has ocurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due six week prior to your arrival date. A via cleaning fee $ 85 will be charged to your credit card upon check-in. If cancellation occurs with less than a 30 days advance notice, the guest will receive 50% of the total amount No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental. The Hotel will provide room services and maid service for an extra charge. As well for the use of the telephone to make local or long distance calls. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 21, must show valid ID upon check-in at from desk. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. You will need to check-in and check-out at front desk and identify yourself as the guest of the room 515. We ask that you abserve this strictly as this gives us only 4 hours to get the apartment ready for our next guest. There will be a $ 100.00 penalty fee deducted from your refundable security deposit for a late stay that has not been previously approved by the condo/suite owner.
