Also nearby are WinStar Casino, Arbuckle Mountains, Turner Falls Park and the Chickasaw National Recreation Area.

The facilities are frequently occupied by horse enthusiasts visiting and training at horse clinics at more than 50 Quarter Horse Ranches in the surrounding 25 miles. Located halfway between Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma City, the guest house has been a popular horseman's retreat for the numerous quarter horse reining and cutting events. It is also a popular location for family reunions
