Located halfway between Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma City, the guest house has been a popular horseman's retreat for the numerous quarter horse reining and cutting events. It is also a popular location for family reunions

Rental Rate Notes
Minimum Rate of $85.00 per night for two adults. A rate of $15.00 extra is charged for each additional adult. Weekend, weekly & monthly rate based on 2 adults. Add $15.00 per day for each additional adult. Deposit - 50% of rate due upon reservation. Remainder by cashier check or cash upon day of checkin.Rental Policies
One half of rental due when making reservations.
Full refunds of deposit will be made if request is received prior to two weeks of reservations.
