This home offers many ammenities including a river rock gas fireplace in the livingroom, TV's in every bedroom, the livingroom, and even a flat screen in the kitchen. There is a portable CD/radio player for your listening pleasure, and Direct TV/Satellite receivers for each TV. Relax in the sunken jet tub in the master bathroom.

The large kitchen is great for entertaining guests with the state of the art stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for preparing small to big meals for all occasions. From the simple meals to the gourmet meals, you will be pleased with the equipment provided. You will feel like you are in your own kitchen! There is even a flat screen TV in the kitchen!

The Mulligan house will sleep 8 with ease. The large master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a double bed. There is a queen sofa bed sleeper in an area by the livingroom. All of the bedrooms and livingroom have ceiling fans and the home has air conditioning. Owner will rent monthly; inquire for monthly rates. Owner will rent long term; inquire for long term rate.

Rental Policies

Payment for all rentals to be made by personal, business, cashiers check, money order, visa, or mastercard. Make checks payable to Prudential Lake Almanor Rental Properties, 289 Clifford Drive North, Lake Almanor, CA 96137. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check, money order, or credit card only. For all last minute reservations, payment is to be collected the day of arrival by credit card and cash only. Rates do not include security deposit, cleaning fee, or Plumas County Room & Board Tax, and credit card transaction fees.

Nightly reservation deposits range from $300 to $500. Weekly reservation deposits range from $500 to $1000. Deposits are due at time of reservation and are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the check-in date. Deposits are refunded within 21 days of departure from rental. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival when booked in advance. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are due in full at time of booking.

Full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we can schedule new tenants to take over reservation. No refunds for early departures.
