This house offers 3 bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and private Roman style tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom with a queen size bed. There is a king size mattress that can made into two twins. There is an observation deck that is accessible from the French doors in both the master bedroom and living room. The patio has misters to cool you off on those hot summer days (just don't forget to turn them off). Also provided for your enjoyment is a DVD player and a movie selection. After a day at the river you can relax on the patio and enjoy looking down at the lights of the casinos. The chef's kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with everything that you will need to create even the fanciest of meals! There is tons of parking for your boat or RV as the house sits on a 1/2 acre. You will be very comfortable here at this home. This house is about 5 min. to Kathrine's Landing and to the casinos!

Activities and Attractions
Lauglin/ Bullhead City area is a great place to bring your family, boat, and dirt bikes. Laughlin sits on the pristine Colorado River and is surrounded by desert hills and mountains. The area offers boating, fishing, golfing, hiking, gambling, and much much more.
The casinos are just a few minutes away as you can see them from the property. The casinos that sit on the River include, Harrah's, Golden Nugget, Pioneer, Colorado Bell, Edgewater, Riverside, The Palms, Aquarius and Ramada Express. All of the casinos offer a variety of entertainment and shows. Walking along the river or taking a water taxie from casino to casino is great fun.
Your boat can be launched at the river or on Lake Mohave at Katherine's Landing. On shore picnic facilities are availale all along the river including at Davis Camp and Katherine's Landing.
Lake Mead and Las Vegas are approx. 70 miles away. Oatman is an old western town where burros still roam around is about a 45 min. drive to get there. Lake Havisu is about an hour away.

There is a security deposit of $200.00. This depost will be returned to you no later than 10 days after your stay. Pets require a $100 deposit which will be refunded no later than 10 days after your stay.
