This is truely beautiful and distinctive home at the reasonable nightly rate of $175.00. There are so many outstanding features about this cozy two-bedroom beach house- a fabulous ocean view, 2 minute walk to the beach, beautifully decorated, and very private. This home has modern conveniences such as wireless internet and satelite TV. One bedroom, located on the ocean side, has a view of the water and a queen bed and has a very beachy theme. The other is a suite with queen bed and private bath (the more elegant and romantic room). The living room has a full view of the Sea of Cortex with a wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs). The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. Other amenities inclue satelite TV, central air/heating, fans in all rooms, a "Margarita" upper deck with excellent view of the Sea of Cortez, a spacious ocean side porch with ample seating and hammock, charcoal barbecue, outside shower, single carport, a Vcr/dvd, CD player, stereo & Wireless internet (bring your own laptop). Sheets and towels are provided. Pets are allowed as long as they are housebroken and are not puppies. Owner requests no smoking inside. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights.

On-Site Amenities

The wonderful beach house is in the the well- known area of Rocking Point called Las Conchas. This is a gated community with security guards on duty 24/7. The house is easy to find with it's custom painted Kokopelli on the front of the house. The downtown area of Rocky Point is approximately 2 miles away with great shopping and restruants. Rocky Point is famous for it's wonderful fresh shrimp and can be cooked up easily at Kokopelli and enjoyed watching the surf on the back porch.

Rental Policies

Tax not included in price. No smoking inside, no aggressive pets, no puppies, please conserve water as there is a shortage in Mexico. Should you run out of water, it is the responsibility of tenant to pay the $45 to refill the tank as 1 tank should last a week. $250.00 security deposit, $250.00 pet desposit, $10 key deposit All monies except the $45 cleaning fee shall be refunded unless there are broken items, missing items or damage done to the property
