Treat yourself to a vacation in our condo which is a sunny corner unit on the second floor where the only foot traffic in front of your door will be your own! Ocean Village Club is a complex of 18 buildings nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Our building is across from the Community Center and next to the heated pool. This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

You will enjoy our 1120 square foot condo which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. 20" TV & Vcr/dvd player, triple dresser and it's own private bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds, a 20" TV & Vcr/dvd player. The second bathroom has a tub with shower.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with a 27" TV and Vcr/dvd player. The dining room has a table which seats 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes all small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, can opener, electric skillet, crock pot and mixer. A full size over- the-stove microwave. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are furnished. Enjoy the full- size washer and dryer which is an added upgrade (almost all other units only include an apartment size washer/dryer).

Upgraded furnishings provide all the comforts for your home away from home! And, of course, all the standard items such as cable TV, ceiling fans with lights, air conditioning, lots of linens and free local phone calls.

We are overlooking the pool and just a short 4 minute walk to the ocean which is one of the best kept secrets in Florida! Walk or drive for miles and miles on the beautiful sandy beach. While not at the beach or pool you will enjoy the sights of historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the nation which is only 10 minutes away. Come, relax and enjoy yourself at our condo in Ocean Village Club which is a gated community on the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine.

This is a NonSmoking, No Pets unit. All occupants must be 25 years or older unless children accompanied by parents. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including children of all ages. No Exceptions! Vacation Rental Amenities Ocean Village Club J31 offers you:

Rental Rate Notes

Additional charges are a $75 cleaning fee, a $25 reservation fee and 9% FL sales tax. No boats, trailers, jet skis or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. Credit Cards, Cash, money orders, cashiers checks or travelers checks are accepted for payment of rental. $250.00 security deposit is required to secure a reservation. $500.00 security deposit is required for rentals of one month or more. Full payment of balance is due 14 days in advance of arrival for weekly rentals and 30 days in advance of arrival for monthly rentals. Cancellation Policies: For Monthly rentals January - March: Cancellations made before September 30th, reservation fee only. Cancellations made between Oct 1st & Nov 30th - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made after Dec 1st - 1 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Monthly rentals - April - December: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival - deposit plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Weekly rentals: Cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival - reservation fee only. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival and prior to 14 days of arrival - deposit (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival - 1 night rental (including taxes) plus deposit, plus reservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate & taxes plus the reservation fee.

Rental Policies

A month is based on four weeks. Weekly reservations begin on Saturdays. Rates are subject to change without notice. Deposit and Cancellation Policy - For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly reservations and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly vacation rentals. There will be a refundable $500 security deposit or $40 non refundable damage waiver required for any reservations. Security deposits do not convert to rental payment and will be returned 15 days from departure. Arrival - Check-in time is 3-5 pm. Check-out time before 10:30 am. Check-ins will be at the office indicated with your confirmation information. You must arrive before our office closes. We may be able to handle late arrivals, but only with advance notification. You must call us during office hours to make arrangements. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, open Saturdays from June to the middle of August 9 am- 5 pm. We are closed Sundays and most federal holidays. Tax - State sales tax and county bed taxes are mandated by these agencies and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged current tax percentages on your rental at check-in time. The rate is currently 9% (6% state tax and 3% county bed tax). Cleaning Fees - Standard cleaning fees may be subject to additional charges depending on the condition the unit is left in. Current standard cleaning fees for vacation rentals are as follows: 1 bedroom $60.00 2 bedrooms $70.00 3 bedrooms $80.00 These rates do not include the state sales tax. Rates are set by our cleaning vendors and therefore are subject to change without notice. Pet, Parking and Vehicle policy - Sorry, pets are not allowed in the rental units at any time. There is a maximum of two parking spaces per unit. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RV's may be parked on the property.
