Rental Rate Notes
Early Season $295 per night 3 NIGHT MINIMUM 11/01 TO 12/19..... Holiday Season $575 per night 7 NIGHT MINIMUM 12/20 TO 1/4..... Value Season $295 per night 4 NIGHT MINIMUM 1/5 TO 2/10.... All stays under 5 nights will be charged a one-time short-stay/housekeeping fee of $250. Stays of 5 nights or more will have this $250 short-stay/housekeeping fee waived, unless a specific homeowner has requested a change in our standard policy. A non-refundable "Damage Waiver Fee" of $95 is added to all reservations in lieu of a unit security deposit. Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding configuration. However, some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional charge of $50/adult and $25/child. Talk to our reservationist for additional information on occupancy restrictions and allowances. All applicable charges for each unit are displayed when you make your online reservation, or use the online "Get Quote" feature.
50% of total rental cost is due within 10 days of booking. For "Non-HOLIDAY SEASON” reservations, the remaining 50% balance of total rental cost is due within 30 days of arrival for summer bookings (May thru October), and 60 days of arrival for winter bookings (Nov. thru April). For “HOLIDAY SEASON” reservations (arriving between Dec. 16, 2007 and January 5, 2008), the remaining 50% balance is due by Sept. 1, 2007. Total rental costs are due upon booking on all reservations made within 30 days of summer bookings (May thru October) and 60 days of winter bookings (Nov. thru April). Note: All advance deposits shall each be held in a non-segregated Escrow Account by RentVail, LLC. and no interest shall be paid on returned funds.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES: "Non-HOLIDAY SEASON" RESERVATIONS - A $300 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made MORE than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of the total rental cost is due on cancellations made LESS than 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 60 days of your arrival. We strongly recommend you obtain “travelers insurance” in insure against unforeseen circumstances. Ask our reservationist if you would like to obtain “travelers insurance”, or elect to purchase this insurance via your online itinerary. "HOLIDAY SEASON" RESERVATIONS - for reservations for the period between Dec. 16, 2007 and Jan. 5, 2008, 100% of the total rental cost is due by September 1, 2007. No refunds will be made after this date. We strongly recommend you obtain “travelers insurance” in insure against unforeseen circumstances. Ask our reservationist if you would like to obtain “travelers insurance”, or elect to purchase this insurance via your online itinerary. Sorry, but partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance" to insure against some of these possibilities. Ask our reservationist if you would like to obtain "travelers insurance", or elect to purchase this insurance via your online itinerary. ADDITIONAL POLICIES Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A deodorizing fee may be charged if smoke is detected in any unit. The amount of this charge will vary based on the treatment required.
