The second bedroom has a view of the Laguna Madre Bay with it's gorgeous sunsets. Relax in the tropically decorated condo or on the balcony overlooking the dunes and ocean. The open floorplan allows views of the ocean as well as visiting with family and friends from all of the living areas. Swim in one of the 2 pools or soak in the hot tub on the gorgeously landscaped grounds, all in view of the South Padre Island beach. A private path through the dunes takes you to the beach just yards away. A security gated entrance to the complex and lots of parking just below the condo make your private paradise safe and easily accessible. You'll be within walking distance of some of South Padre Island's favorite restaurants and the local grocery store.

Activities and Attractions
Walk and beachcomb along miles of groomed white sand beach. Bayfishing and dolphin watching trips are available from several piers on South Padre Island and in Port Isabel, or charter a deep sea fishing trip or private guide for your small group. The Ridley Sea Turtle information center near the Convention Center has shows about this protected fascinating creature that adults and children alike enjoy. Hike the nature trails there to see beautiful roseate spoonbills, egrets, and pelicans. Hugely popular Schlitterbahn Water Park is open late spring to Labor Day. If you like a really active vacation, there's jet skiing, wind surfing and parasailing, boogey boarding and surfing , and horseback riding on the beach. If you get your fill of surf and sand, there's a 3 screen movie theater and miniature golf on the Island . The lighthouse in Port Isabel is open to the public, and the Gladys Porter zoo in nearby Brownsville is nationally acclaimed. There are numerous golf courses in the area, including a beautiful and challenging course in Laguna Vista. There are a myriad of fascinating shops on the Island and in Port Isabel, or you may want to take the short drive to Mexico. October offer a national motorcycle convention, and sandcastle building competition that produces amazing masterpieces in sand.

Rental Rate Notes
A deposit of $250 is requested to hold your reservation, and should be received within 7 days of booking. Rates do NOT include the mandatory 13% occupancy tax. Deposit is refundable, less $30 handling fee, if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. If cancelled after that time, deposit is refundable (less $30 handling fee) only if we're able to rent those dates again. There is an additional $200 security/damage deposit required at the time of final payment, which is refunded less any damage or loss to the condo as determined by housekeeping inspection after your departure. Final payment including rental balance, tax and security deposit is due 7 days before your arrival date. Payment may be made by securely by credit card through PayPal, by cashier's check or money order. Personal check may be acceptable if received at least 2 weeks before arrival date, but your reservation is cancelled if your check won't clear, and any deposit that you may have made will be forfeit. Last minute reservations may be paid for only by credit card or bank wire transfer. There is an cleaning fee of $65 added to rentals of less than 3 nights.Rental Policies
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made. This is a NONSMOKING unit. If you must smoke, please do so outside, and dispose of cigarette butts in the trash and not on the ground. There is an additional cleaning fee of $65 for rental less than 3 nights. NO SPRING BREAKERS Age minimum for renters is 21, unless accompanied by parent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6, including children. Open flame grilling is not permitted, but you may bring your portable propane or electric grill for use on the patio. Some pets may be acceptable for LONG TERM rentals (one month or longer) only. Please inquire.
A deposit of the first night's rental is required to hold your reservation and should be received within 4 days of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposit is refundable, less a $30 handling fee, if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date, deposit is NOT refundable unless we are able to rent the condo again for those dates. SEE REFUND POLICY below. An additional security/damage deposit of $200 is due with your final payment. It is refundable, less any loss or damage as determined by housekeeping inspection after your departure, and after review of telephone charges. Violation of rental policies is grounds for forfeiture of deposit, even if no loss or damage is incurred. Deposit, if refundable, will be returned by whatever method it is made (check or credit card).
Last minute full refunds are made only if severe weather at South Padre or other natural disasters such as red tide occur to prevent your trip. You may want to consider purchasing trip insurance from one of a number of reputable companies to cover your loss if you should need to cancel for other reasons.
