Rental Rate Notes
All rates are in USD. Any additional occupants pay 150EURO per week each. All rental fees are paid in EURO equivalent not USDRental Policies
The full amount is payable in cash in Euros along with a 200Euro security upon arrival for weekly rentals or 500Euros for monthly rentals. All payments are made in the equivalent Euros. The security deposits are fully refundable upon departure should there not be any damages made inside or to the apartment. Receipts provided upon arrival
A 20% booking fee is required to book dates. Weekly rentals require a 200Euro security deposit and monthly rentals a 500Euro security deposit all which is refundable upon departure should there not be any damages made to the apartment. Said deposit is paid at the time of arrival along with the full rental of the apartment.
A full refund is given to any bookings cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. After that, the booking fee is non refundable.
