Rental Rate Notes
All rates are based on a 4 people occupancy. Any additional occupants pay $150 per week each. All rental fees are paid in EURO equivalent.Rental Policies
The full amount is payable in cash in Euros along with a 200Euro security upon arrival for weekly rentals or 500Euros for monthly rentals. All payments are made in the equivalent Euros. The security deposits are returned upon departure should there not be any damages made inside or to the apartment. Receipts provided upon request.
Weekly rentals require a 200Euro security deposit and monthly rentals a 500Euro security deposit all which will be returned upon departure should there not be any damages made to the apartment. Said deposit is paid at the time of arrival along with the full rental of the apartment.
