Disney Area family friendly Villa is completely furnished and accommodates up to ten guests. Maximize your time in the Sunshine State while relaxing in our enclosed Southern exposure spa and pool with extended deck area and lounge chairs in our large backyard with privacy fence. Heated Pool and spa Central Air Conditioning, Broadband Internet Access, WiFi and Computer, Extended Cable TV, XM Satellite Radio, XBox game console,5 TVs, 2 DVDs, VCRs, Stereos, and a Bar-B-Que Patio. Two master bedrooms with private baths make it ideal for families to share.

Our spacious home is located in a quiet cul-du-sac just 8 miles from Disney. First master bedroom features a king size Select Comfort bed, TV, dresser, walk in closet and double sink in master bath. Second master bedroom features a king size bed, fireplace, dresser, TV and private bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, Tv/vcr combo, and computer system. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and stereo. The fifth bedroom has a children*s theme it includes bunk beds (one twin and one double), dresser and stuffed animals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, tea kettle, electric can opener, crock pot, blender, toaster, etc. Washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience. All linens for the beds and towels are provided.

The Bar-B-Que patio showcases a double size charcoal grill, an outdoor sink and large food preparation area. Extended cable service (70 plus channels), XM Satellite radio (170 channels) for you to enjoy a variety of radio programming inside or outside while relaxing by the pool.

After spending the day at Disney or other area attractions, come back to our home and enjoy the sparkling pool and the bubbling spa that cascades into the main pool. The large backyard with privacy fence allows you to enjoy ample quiet time. Family friendly items in the home include: stroller, crib, highchair, child's bike, children and adult board games, books, and pool toys. We also have a hidden safe to protect your valuables.

Conveniently located near Rt 192 and Rt 27, within 8 miles of the main Disney World complex, you're just a short drive to MGM, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, Epcot, Universal Studios, and so much more. An hour drive will reach either coast or the Kennedy Space center, Daytona, Tampa, Cocoa Beach, and Clearwater. Numerous golf courses are located nearby.

Rental Rate Notes

No Smoking, No Pets. Rates do not include 11% state/local sales tax. Pool has solar heat system. Electric heat is available for an additional $80.00 per week and must be arranged at time of booking. Monthly rate does not include electric. Rates and availability subject to change at any time without notice.

Rental Policies

No smoking No Pets Rates do not include taxes. The owners assume no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury on the premises. Guests shall not use or permit the use of any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. During your stay, access may be required by our management company for maintenance by their authorized personnel. Any damages, breakages, accidents or losses must be reported to the management company immediately. A $300 booking deposit is required to hold your reservation, balance due in full 60 days prior to your arrival. The booking deposit is non refundable. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. A security deposit of $250 is required with a signed security form. We will accept a cashiers check, money order, or credit card. Your credit card will not be charged, Money orders and cashiers checks will not be cashed unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs that you are responsible for. Failure to return the security form prior to arrival results in cancellation of reservation and no refund. Cancellation from the date of booking until 30 days prior to arrival - $300. of total is non refundable. Cacellation within 30 days of arrival warrents no refund of any portion of the charges. If booking within 30 days of arrival, rate is non refundable.
