Rental Rate Notes
-1 Day Minimum Stay from May 1st through December 14th. -7 Day Minimum Stay from December 15th through January 7th. -4 Day Minimum Stay from January 8th through April 30th.Rental Policies
We accept Visa / MC / Discover / Amex / check / or money order. Rental agreements and payments are processed in our USA office. -We offer discounts on extended stays or last minute bookings! -A 12% Mexican tax is added to all rentals. -A 3% charge is added if paying by credit card.
A Deposit of 50% is due upon booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit details are listed on our rental agreement that will be emailed to you upon booking.
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival are refunded the deposit less a one night processing fee. There are no refunds within 60 days of arrival; Exceptions may apply for emergency situations or natural disasters.
