Rates DO NOT INCLUDE 12% Mexican tax. Rates INCLUDE towels/linens, purified water, maid service, and bath amenities. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE!! - Contact us for discounts for extended stay rentals (over two weeks), last minute rentals (within 30 days), or return guests. If you would like to book, simply confirm with us, and we will book you and email you our rental agreement. We accept all forms of major payment, including Visa, MC, Discover, or Amex, or you can mail a check to our U.S. office.
A 50% deposit is due upon booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Detailed arrival instructions are provided upon booking.
Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival results in the refund of your 50% downpayment less a one-night cancellation fee. Within 60 days, no refunds are given for cancellations. Exceptions exist in the case of natural disasters, family emergencies, or illness. These situations are handled on a case by case basis.
