Description of the Property
Nestled high in the mountains of saw creek estates, this lovely newly updated 5 bedroom, 2 bath home offers lots of room for the whole family or families. This home sleeps 10 adults or children and includes 1 toddler bed in the master suite. This home is located on a quiet cul de sac that is backed by the peaceful woods. Enjoy the fresh air but not the bugs in our large screened in deck and barbeque on our outdoor porch. Enjoy the cool crisp morning air and cup of coffee while deer watching from our front porch. Snuggle up in the living room in front of our woodburning fireplace. Our kitchen is fully equiped down to a potato peeler. The basement is an entertainment area with VCR, DVD player, a multitude of classic board games, and a pool table/air hockey table. This gated community is just 90 minutes from NYC.
Directions: NJ Turnpike to Route 80 West. Take to exit 309 Marshalls Creek. Head North on Route 209 approximately 10 miles. You will need to make a left at the traffic light after seeing several signs "Fernwood Resort" and "Saw Creek Estates." After making a left, stay on this road for approximately 5 miles until you see the guard booth. Stay in the left lane. Here you will check in and show ID. Additional directions including access codes to home are given after booking.

Rental Rate Notes
If tenant wishes to use the ammenties within the community they can get the ammenity cards at member services at a a cost of $3.00 per card which will be good for your use during your entire stay. Call for our holiday rates. $85.00 Cleaning fee 6% PA State tax Weekend rates cover Friday and Saturday nights. Weekly rates cover Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Check in time: 3:00PM Check out time: 11:00AMRental Policies
If you should have any problems once you arrive or if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at home. Our home phone number will be posted on the refrigerator. If you should forget anything feel free to borrow from our pantry room. Just please replace it for the next guests. Minimum age for renters--Please note that we can not rent to individuals under 25 without a parent or guardian present. Driver's license ID required.
$200.00 due at time of reservation plus $150.00 refundable security deposit. Which is refunded within 30 days of departure. Balance due 2 weeks before arrival date.
$200 deposit will be refunded up until two weeks before arrival date.
