Villas Tranquilas is a rainforest paradise! It's a privately guarded 6 acre retreat in a secluded dense jungle in Quepos, Costa Rica (minutes to Manuel Antonio National Park). The property is deeply inset off the PanAmerican highway (3 min. from the Quepos airport), and what awaits you is privacy and tranquility, without feeling isolated, allowing you to relax and "Live-Love and Laugh"! The villas consist of 4 beautiful Tahitian style buildings (each Villa is 1500 sq ft), that surround a Palapa that is nestled between the swimming pool and a fun chill-out pool, that is excellent to sit in and chit-chat with loved ones, friends or meet and mingle with other guests over a tropical cocktail. Out fabulous kitchen cabinets were imported from Spain and are crowned with gorgeous granite counter tops. They include full size stainless steel appliances and are fully equipped, for your culinary pleasure! Our Villa has 2 air conditioned bedrooms, the master with a king bed and private balcony so that you can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the monkeys and other wildlife at play. The other bedroom has a queen bed and both rooms are steps away from a fantastic double-sink full bathroom. Another complete bathroom is conveniently situated on the main floor, along with an open-concept living/dining area and the cozy sofa-bed sleeps another 2 guests. All furnishings were hand-picked with "gusto", while keeping elegance, style and comfort in mind. It will feel as warm and inviting as your own home. We are up to the task of making your Costa Rica experience a memorable one - one that you won't soon forget!

Our Villas are guarded by security 24/7. We also offer our guests maid service and for a small fee of $25.00/wk, the usage of our own private washer and dryer. We take pleasure in offering you added value for your rental by supplying soap/detergent, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, built-in safe, Kitchen equip./utensils. For your viewing and listening pleasure, we have a TV and CD/DVD in the living/dining area, along with internet service. Parking is available in front of our villa. Wheelchair accessability to Villa, Palapa and swimming pool area. And lots of other amenities are offered on the property.

Rental Rate Notes
Rental rates are based on occupancy of 1-6 people. Rental rates $1095.00US/wk (except Christmas and New Year week), includes: accommodations, amenities, housekeeping, and taxes! Rate per night: $165.00US, min. 3 nights. Rental bases per individuala villa. Rental rate notice: Christmas & New Year week: $300.00Us/per night or $1850.00US/per week. For last minute discounts, on reservations less than 3 weeks in advance, and special Long-term rates are available upon request. We accept PayPal and Money-Orders / International Bank Drafts.Rental Policies
* Upon arrival, the renter is asked to provide the property manager with a copy of passport or other valid photo ID, home address and telephone number(s), in case of emergency. * Smoking is permitted outdoors only: balcony, terrace and common areas. * We request a Security Deposit before, or on arrival, of $250.00US (fully refundable, if no incidentals). * We recommend that you keep your documents, cash and other valuables in the built-in safe provided for your convenience. Always lock all sliding doors and windows, when leaving the premises. * Parents...as a friendly reminder, please supervise your children at all times. Even though we take proper care and safety is our priority, we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries while at play,etc. * Have a Live-Love and Laugh vacation in Costa Rica !
* We require 50% of the total payment at time of signing / booking and the remaining 50%, 30 days before your arrival. * Payment options: PayPal (includes credit cards and E-cheques), and Money-Order / International Bank Draft. * Deposit of $250.00 US for incidentals (fully refundable - see General Rental Policies for more info).
*Due to the nature of our business, and the time frame of our bookings - generally 2-3 months in advance, the following is our refund policy: Initial deposit of 50% - Non-Refundable. If full payment has been collected for the time frame of your stay - 50% will be Reimbursed. 100% will be refunded ONLY if the same villa has been rebooked for the same period.
