The center for unlimited recreation, summer or winter. Coconino National Forest is only a minute away for all the biking and hiking you could wish for. Mountain lakes are nearby for fishing or just enjoying. Snowbowl Ski resort is less than 30 minutes away. Easy drives to numerous National Parks and Monuments, such as the Grand Canyon and Walnut Canyon . It is just a short drive to scenic Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona.

Rental Rate Notes
Holiday rate of $225 per night for holidaysRental Policies
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in 4:00 p.m. Check-out 11:00 a.m. We ask that exceptions not be requested as these times allow the necessary time to professionally clean your unit. Charges may be incurred should you stay beyond this time. Late check-outs may be arranged in advance (if availability allows). Please confirm with owner. PETS/SMOKING Pets are permitted with a one time $95 Pet cleaning fee. Smoking is also not permitted on the property inside or out. A $500 fine will be assessed if the pet and/or smoking policy is not adhered to. UTILITIES All utilities are included. PAYMENT OF NIGHTS RESERVED The guest is responsible for the payment of all nights reserved regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. DAMAGES Guest shall leave the rental property in good working order. Guest is liable for any damages to the premises, including all household inventory and furnishings, which occur during the guest's stay. A credit card will be required upon check-in as a security deposit for the property. HOME DISCLOSURE It is expressly understood and agreed that the Owner of the property shall not be liable for damages or injury to the guest, invitees of the guest, or guest's property for whatever cause arising from occupancy of said property by the guest. ENTRY OF PREMISES Only repairmen or pre-authorized services, with proper identification may enter the premises, for the purpose of repair, improvement, housekeeping and management of the property. RATES Rates are subject to change without notice. HOUSEKEEPING All properties are equipped with linens/towels. Please have dishes cleaned upon your departure, charges will be incurred for any extra housekeeping required to wash dishes. Litter of any kind should be picked up and placed in the garbage can. This includes trash, sunflower seeds, food scraps, etc. Additional charges will be incurred if not strictly followed.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY. A deposit of 50% of the total monies due is required at the time of booking by credit card. For reservations booked 60 days or less prior to arrival, total amount is due. In the event of a cancellation, should notification be made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount paid will be subject to forfeiture unless the property is re-rented for the entire period of the original booking. Cancellations made more then 60 days out will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
