Rates are for the unit - with up to 4 guests at a time. $100.00 cleaning fee Security deposit is refundable within 10 days when the unit is left as it was upon arrival 50% of rental rate due with contract to hold unit 50% due 30 days prior to contract dates Refunds: Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited.
