The master suite is separated from the other 3 bedrooms. There is gorgeous slate flooring and wooden shutter on all of the windows. The living room has large sectional couch so that everyone can enjoy the 60 inch TV. The game room has a Pool Table, Wet bar and Dartboard for hours of entertainment. In the backyard you can relax by the pool in the lounge chairs or under the cabana. There is a basketball hoop and nice grassy area. The pool is a large diving pool with a deep end of 10 feet. Rental Policies

Reservation deposit of 50% of rental is required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

As a damage deposit we ask that you authorize our right to charge your credit card up to $500 if any damage is done. There will be no charge unless damage and or theft is found on the day of your departure.

Daily or Weekly renters: 60 day notice is required for cancellation without penalty. Within 60 day of arrival reservation deposit is forfeit. Monthly renters: 120 day notice prior to required for cancellation without penalty.
