Rental Rate Notes
Prices are before taxes and fees. Rates are for a 4 BR 3 BA Unit. Please inquire about our other available units!Rental Policies
Deposit required is $300.00 on spring and fall reservations. A $500.00 deposit is required on June, July and August reservations. Golf Packages require $100.00 deposit per golfer. Credit card number is required on all reservations. For those without credit card, a cash security deposit of $300.00 is required at check-in. Deposit is due ten days after reservations are made and can be paid with a personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check-in for verification. Final payments must be paid by personal, certified, or cashiers check.
