The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and a 4-chair breakfast table. The kitchen has also been out-fitted with the most popular small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer) and all of the cooking staples you may need. The home has a two-car garage and 5 ceiling fans for your comfort.
Desert Ridge Marketplace is less than 10 minutes away and is home to 75 stores, 31 restaurants and a multi-screen movie theater. A community park is within walking distance and offers a picnic area, playground, lighted basketball court and a ramada.

Rental Rate Notes
5 night minimum stay required during high season (January, February & March). 3 night minimum stay required during all other months.Rental Policies
No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the property premises. Signed Vacation Rental Agreement needed to hold reservation. Rental rate is all-inclusive. No additional cleaning fees or rental taxes. Fifty percent of the total rental rate is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival date. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates. There are no refunds for early departure. Reservations made within 30 days require the full amount due at the time of booking. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud parties are not permitted. Visit for more information.
A fully-refundable security deposit of $300 is due 14 days before arrival date. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of departure date provided there is no damage to the property.
Deposits are refundable if notice is received more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. A 5% booking fee will be deducted from the deposit refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date.
