Rental Policies
25% Additional during holidays Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Mini Lobster week. Only one boat trailer may be parked at the property. Trailer may be for a boat no larger than 22'. If guests have more than one trailer or if trailer exceeds the size limit, guests must make arrangements to park the extra or oversized trailer off of the property at another location.
