The Gate House is an historic French country home situated right on the Pasatiempo Golf Course and just five minutes from Santa Cruz beaches and famed Boardwalk. It is truly a grown-up getaway, the perfect gathering place for family, friends or business associates. You can host in style - in the warm, yet elegant dining-living area, the brick patio or the fully equipped conference room that seats eight.
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a beautiful cathedral ceiling, sunken tub and steam shower; a sliding glass door opens to a private deck with a spa and secluded view of the 2nd fairway. All of the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, have king- or queen-size beds, Egyptian cotton sheets and down pillows and comforters, TVs, DVDs and stereo systems.
Activities while staying at The Gate House abound, from golf, shopping and dining to staying in and grilling on the patio or cooking in the gourmet kitchen to curling up with a good book in front of the dramatic fireplace.
And if that's not enough, the Gate House boasts a game room with pool table, Foosball and air hockey. Men's and women's clubs are available for guests who want to play golf but didn't bring their clubs.

Rental Rate Notes
Two-night minimum stay all seasons. Three-night minimum for holiday weekends. $3,100 for three night holiday weekend. January-May: Sun-Thur, $550/night; Fri-Sat, $675/night; $3,500/week. June-Sept: Sun-Thur, $700 night; Fri-Sat, $835 night; $4,200/week. Oct. - Dec: Rates same as Jan-May. One week rental receive one free weeknight Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day will be charged at maximum rates plus an additional $200/night. Cleaning fee is $150; Secruity Deposti, required to reserve,, is $1,500.Rental Policies
The security deposit for The Gate House shall be $1,500.00, due upon executing the rental agreement. The deposit shall cover and secure performance relating to all obligations of Tenant under the agreement. Within 21 days afer departure, the balance of the Security Deposit shall be refunded by mail to tenant after pertinent charges have been applied. Tenant is liable to landlord for any tenant costs in excess of the deposit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the landlord shall be entitled to keep the entire deposit as liquidated damage if the teant reserves the Gate House by executing the lease but does not pay the full rent as agreed herein.
