Puesta del Sol features four spacious bedrooms, three full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, west-facing balconies, patios and a family-friendly gated front yard. Sleeping accommodations include 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (bunk beds) and 2 queen sofa sleepers (two hotel-style fold-a-beds are also available). Located in the exclusive Sunset Cliffs neighborhood of Pt. Loma, in an enclave of multi-million dollar oceanfront homes, Puesta del Sol sits on an expansive corner lot, adjacent to a church and across from the Pacific Ocean.
Offering approximately 2500 sq. ft. of open, sun-filled living space, Puesta del Sol allows up to 16 people to live, sleep and relax in comfort… and style. Leather sleeper sofas, DVD players, expanded cable television, CD players, an inviting 6-person hot tub and more add to your vacation experience. Outside, enjoy two spacious second-story decks, a large patio area and a lush, green lawn for relaxation and play - all surrounded by a child-secure, 3-ft. high gated wall.
Beyond Puesta del Sol, you're close to all San Diego has to offer: directly across the street are the many coves and beaches along the two-mile stretch of Sunset Cliffs Nature Park - a favorite of local walkers, dog walkers, joggers and bicyclists. You're 2 minutes from the casual, laidback streets of Ocean Beach, with its antique stores, restaurants and white sand beaches, including world famous Dog Beach - a haven for your prized pet. Just 10 minutes from home you'll find Sea World, Mission Bay Park, San Diego's international airport, downtown San Diego's convention center, Gaslamp District, Horton Plaza Shopping Center and Petco Park - home of the Padres! The shopping delights of Fashion Valley, Mission Valley and countless stores in between are also just 10 minutes away. A 15-minute drive will bring you to the San Diego Zoo and the many museums throughout Balboa Park. Roughly 30-45 minutes away you'll find Knott's Soak City Water Park to the southeast, the many attractions at Legoland to the north and the fascinating world of the Wild Animal Park to the east.
Of course, you can always go international… and visit the cultural sites and shopping treasures in Mexico by crossing the border into Tijuana - approximately 30 minutes to the south.

If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount. All prices are subject to change without notice.Rental Policies
Smoking is not permitted indoors and Lessee agrees that a $200 smoking fee will be imposed if Lessee or any of their guests smokes indoors. Lessee agrees to abide by all laws, including neighborhood noise/nuisance laws and not disturb the peace of neighbors and may face forfeiture of their deposits and/or unused funds and/or will be required to vacate the premises if valid complaints are received.
50% of the rent is required within one week of booking to hold your reservation. The final balance of monies owed is due 45 days prior to your stay. Failure to pay your balance on time could result in a loss of reservation.
Watermark Properties Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property. For reservations of two or more villas*, if we are unable to rebook all of your reserved villas (e.g., 3 out of 5 villas), then you will receive a partial rent refund based on the rebooking rental amounts received. Cleaning fee(s), occupancy tax (es) and damage deposit (s) will be refunded. *Our 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental consists of two villas. Our entire property (used for weddings, reunions, etc.) consists of 5 villas. Puesta del Sol is considered one villa. Please note that all cancellations must be made by the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement. All refunds will be made payable to the person(s) whose name(s) and signature(s) appears on the rental agreement regardless of the origin of the original payment(s) (e.g., father of the bride, parent, travel partner, etc.).
