The Unit has beautiful decor and is located to the north of the Clubhouse and Pool in Building 5. The Unit has all the comforts of home and will comfortably sleep 4-6 people. You can prepare a nice meal in the large fully stocked kitchen or order in and relax in the large living room. Have a glass of wine on the patio or walk over to the recreation area for a game of tennis or billiards. We guarantee our units to be clean and comfortable. A place you can call your home while on vacation. The units are non-smoking rentals and are located in the Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida.

Rental Rate Notes
Vacation Rental Rates Sep 1 2007 Nov 30 2007 $395 USD Dec 1 2007 Mar 30 2008 $495 USD Apr 1 2008 Nov 30 2008 $395 USD Guests may arrive on any day of the week. The units are non smoking. Children are allowed. Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Small pets may be allowed. (Type of pet and deposit fee of $100 to be returned if no additional cleaning is required) There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbors. There is a Housekeeping fee of $65. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.Rental Policies
CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. Early Check-ins or late Check-outs must be approved in writing prior to occupancy. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 30 days the entire rent is required upon reservation.
A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, will be entitled to a full refund only if the unit can be re-rented for the canceled or shortened rental period.
