Villa Venturoso - Cruz Bay
Villa Venturoso is situated on the hill just above Cruz Bay, the main town of St. John. From one of the two decks at Villa Venturoso or poolside, look out over beautiful Cruz Bay, watch the ferries come and go, or look beyond at the stunning views of the Caribbean and the island of St. Thomas. Enjoy the lush landscape surrounding Villa Venturoso with a tropical garden of vibrant color and a sparkling swimming pool for your relaxation and enjoyment. Inside you will find two levels, each one with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living and dining rooms, and full sized fully equipped kitchens upstairs and down, all beautifully decorated in island motif. Each bedroom has it's own bath, a/c, and television. You won't want to miss happy hour on the deck to watch the amazing sunsets of St. John! Villa Venturoso has all you will need from wine glasses to serving dishes to make your nightly events special. We also provide a grill for your cooking pleasure along with plenty of seating inside and out to accomadate any size group. If you choose a night on the town there are plenty of fantastic restaurants to choose from, all just a short drive (or walk!) down the hill into Cruz Bay. And you won't want to miss the gorgeous beaches which are a short 10 min drive from Villa Venturoso. For your convenience and comfort we do provide a variety of ice chests, beach chairs and towels. They say location is everything! Villa Venturoso couldn't be located in a better place with it's proximity to Cruz Bay. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, groceries, boat rentals, jeep rentals, scuba/snorkeling gear and options for day trips and sightseeing tours. Cruz Bay is also where the ferries and car barges come and go from St. Thomas. You can drive to the beaches within 10 minutes or take an open air taxi from Cruz Bay. Activities and Attractions
Over 60% of St. John is designated as National Park. There are plenty of hiking trails and nature walks if you are so inclined. Carnival is the first week of July every year, with vendors selling their island goods, food and music in the streets of Cruz Bay. Runners come from all around the world in Feb. for a race dubbed "eight tough miles". It begins in Cruz Bay and finishes up in Coral Bay. (Better start training now!!!) or come as a spectator! Date to be announced.
