We are a smoke-free property. We love pets, but we do not allow pets on this property.
We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Your credit card imprinted upon arrival in case of damage to the penthouse.
Cancellations received after five days of booking will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellations received with 45 days of scheduled arrival (75 days before arrival for festival and holiday dates) are non-refundable, unless property is rebooked, in which case all monies will be returned less a $350.00 booking fee.
