Our home has been renovated with new floors, TV, refrigerator, furniture and BBQ grill on the private rooftop terrace. Activities and Attractions
Playa del Carmen is located in the heart of the Mayan Rivera 40 miles south of Cancun with ferry service to Cozumel. Bus tours are available to the ruins of Tulum , Xel-Ha and Chichen Itza. Xcaret is 5 miles south of Playa del Carmen and is an ancient Maya ceremonial center. It has beautiful inlets, ideal for snorkeling, and underground river and several caves filled with brightly colored tropical fish. Its a good place to spend the day swimming and snorkeling. When you get hungry there are a couple of good seafood restaurants right on the beach. Akumal 14 miles north of Tulum lies a beautiful palm-fringed bay at the edge of dense brushland. Akumal is famous for excellent snorkeling and skin-diving and has expert instructors as well as ample equipment for guests. Coba is for archaeological buff and bird watchers (more than 200 species of birds come here annually) It is about 30 miles northwest of Tulum. It was just discovered in 1972, and only a portion of the zone has been uncovered.

Rental Policies
Holidays: Christmas, New Years and Easter $1,500.00 per week. Email for stays of more than 1 week. Payment Options: Wire transfer, Cash, Money Orders, Certified checks. Maximum 4 guests. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent. Anyone at the condo under 21 years must be represented by a responsible adult.
A Deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation ( we will check off your dates on our availability calendar when deposit arrives). The balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of $200.00 US is due upon arrival, payable to our property manager.
To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus applicable wire transfer fees if you pay by this method ($25 in US, $40 international).
