A Refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 for Nightly rental and $700.00 for Weekly or longer is required at booking with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. A $150.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. No Rental Tax. Rentals run from 4PM, Check-in Time to 12PM, Check-out Time. Sat to Sat, if possible. We will accept other check-in/out times if available. All Rental fees and Security Deposits must be by Visa or MasterCard. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after departure. (less on Demand Cable charges incurred, if any). This unit will not be booked until Security Deposit is received. Rental Contracts are required. This is a Non-smoking rental. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are Plus cleaning fee and Deposit.
