Our privately owned condo is located in sunny Kihei on the second floor at the Maui Sunset. With the traditional charm and grace of old Hawaii, the Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront, with immaculately maintained grounds, including a 60 foot freshwater pool, jacuzzi, BBQ areas, exercise room, shuffleboard, tennis and putting greens.

Our condo is furnished in traditional rattan and island style. It is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. We provide linens for 4, free local phone service, free Internet wi-fi service, and the kitchen comes fully equipped. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap is included. Beach towels, cooler, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use.

Rental Rate Notes

$75 cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights. Additional discounts considered for long term rentals.

Rental Policies

Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are based on 1 to 4-person occupancy. An 11.43% state hotel tax will be applied to the rates. No pets or smoking allowed. Please remove shoes prior to entry. We require a 20% U.S. deposit to book the unit. The unit will be reserved for you when we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. All cancelled reservations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. A full refund (less the $50 cancellation fee) will be granted if cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival. 50% will be refunded if cancelled 30-45 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. There will be no refund for cancellations made after November 1st of bookings between December 15th and January 1st.
