Description of the Property
Our Inlet Cove cottage, #77, is located in a private gated community which is along the Kiawah River. Guests have access to the 25 meter pool and fishing dock at no extra cost. From the cottage, It is only a 5 minute walk to the ocean or the pool. The cottage is close to island amenities, including golf and tennis. Kiawah Island has 5 golf courses designed by Nicklaus, Player, Dye, Fazio and Johnston. It hosted the 1991 Ryder Cup, the 1997 World Cup and will host the 2007 Senior PGA Tournament at the renowned ocean course. Tennis courts include both hard and clay surfaces. Kids have access to Night Heron Park, daily camp activities and biking. Historic Charleston is only a 30 minute drive away. One needs to see Fort Sumter and other southern plantations while in the area. Whatever the reason for visiting Kiawah, the time will be enjoyed by all.

Rental Policies
Weekly Rates Run Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rates will be considered. Rates are subject to 11.5% SC Accomodations Tax; 12.5% beginning June 1, 2007. Comeback business receives previous year's rates. Check In/Out Notes: Check In 4PM; Check Out 10AM. Cleaning Services are provided upon departure at no extra cost.
A $400 deposit is required within 10 days of the reservation of the cottage.
If the cancellation is 45 days or more from the reservation date, the entire deposit will be refunded. If this does not occur, the deposit will be refunded ONLY if the cottage is reserved again for the same reservation dates.
