Bright four season cottage is just a short walk to private Gordon Beach. Great Room encompasses kitchen, dining and recreation areas. Three walls of windows and the cathedral ceiling provide a relaxing, light spacious setting. Spread out your projects or serve dinner for 8 at the large farm table. Relax in front of the gas-log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, disposal and microwave-convection oven and a full library of carry-out menus. Meadowlark Cottage has two full baths, one with a walk-in shower, plus an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed, second bedroom has a Full size and Twin bunk beds. Den and Great Room sofas convert to Queen-size sleepers. The Den has a large TV with a VCR and DVD player. Relax on the Inviting screened porch and large private yard. Or walk across the street to the park and playground. Just a short walk to 'downtown' Union Pier with Milda's Corner Market, and Bud & Elsie's Deli and Market. Great casual dining is close by at the Red Arrow Roadhouse, Mickey's Hideaway Bar & Grill, Frankie's Other Place and the Blue Plate Cafe. Fabulous seafood is around the corner at Timothy's Restaurant and the Gordon Beach Inn.

On-Site Amenities

We’ve designed Meadowlark Cottage for comfort and relaxation. The Great Room has plenty of space to gather in. The large farm table seats 8. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the gas-log fireplace. The full kitchen has all cooking conveniences. Of course we’re close to many fine Harbor Country restaurants. The Den has a large television with VCR and DVD. There is an open deck off the Great Room and a screened porch off the deck . The pine and fir trees in our large yard are home to many different birds. A large park is across the street and the beach is a 2 block walk. Our private Association beach is never crowded, on weekends and holidays the guard only allows residents and guests.

Rental Policies

Rental policies are in the Guest Occupancy Agreement. See Related Pages to view and download agreement. Reservations are made by filling out the Guest Occupancy Agreement and returning it with a deposit check.

Reservation deposit of 50% of total fees is due with Guest Occupancy Agreement. Total fees are due 30 days before occupancy. Deposit is returned 30 days after end of occupancy.

Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy date. If reservation is cancelled less then 30 days before occupancy full refund is given if property can be rented to others.
