The Kai Lanii is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Ko'olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

The Kai Lani "Heavenly Sea" is a fully air-conditioned beachside vacation rental home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii Located JUST 80 FEET from the blue pacific. This is a spacious (1,500+ sf living area) three bedroom, two bath free-standing home with travertine stone floors throughout. The Kai Lani features a complete, large and open, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, sealed top stove/range, built-in microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The living area is light and airy with tropical-style furniture. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this vacation home to accommodate up to 8 guests. The master suite is furnished with tropical furniture and a Sealy queen-size, pillow-top bed. The master bath features travertine stone floors & shower/tub. The second bedroom has a Sealy queen-size, pillot-top bed and tropical furniture for an airy island feel. The third bedroom has two (2) twin size Sealy pillow-top beds. All bedrooms have individually controlled, ultra quiet, air conditioning (mini-split) and tropical ceiling fans although they are rarely needed as this home enjoys cool tropical breezes year around. The Kai Lanai offers unparalled luxury and proximity to the beach for an affordable price.

On-Site Amenities

Our properties are directly on the ocean/beach with amazing views. Enjoy using our custom-made stone BBQ pits (some with ocean views) and picnicking on our beach. At the end of a busy day out come back and relax in one of our 4 hot tubs located throughout our property, or get up early and enjoy watching the sunrise over Hauula Bay. We are happy to provide our guests with access to amenities such as snorkel equipment, kayaks, beach & picnic equipment, and more for a nominal service fee. RATES: For bookings of: Nightly: 3 nights or more $274.99 5 nights or more $254.99 7 nights or more $224.99 Other Details: All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay. Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights. Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights. Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age. One (1) parking stall is provided for this vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system. Add a one time, non-refundable, $100 cleaning fee to all reservations, a facilites fee of $9.99 per day and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $9.99. Until confirmed, rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Special prices and required lengths of stay may apply around popular holidays & long weekends. Call for more details. State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is currently 13.962% (charged on rents) and State of Hawaii General Excise Tax on Oahu is currently 4.712% (charged on services, not including rents).

Any changes to the reservation after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid will be subject to a one-time $100 administrative processing charge. If you cancel after final payment has been made, or after arrival at the property, you agree to forfeit all rents prepaid except for any amount we are able to recover through re-renting the property. We reserve the right to re-rent the property for less than the amount you agreed to pay and will refund only the amount we are able to recover. No exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason. You are advised to obtain travel insurance coverage.
