Rental Policies

Strictly No Smoking Allowed in Villa. No pets allowed in the villa. Deposit of : $200 to secure all bookings. A $200 booking deposit is required at the time the booking is made to secure the dates (by check). The balance is due in full 8 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of $250.00 is requested in the form of a separate check at time of paying the final balance (this will be refunded back to you - normally within 30 days- after final inspection of the property). If the Client wishes to cancel the booking he/she should advise the Letter immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter. The Letter shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows: 30-60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge. Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge. Booking Deposit are non refundable.
