Welcome to our spacious family-friendly detached four bedroom, three bathroom home with two King size Master Suites and private heated pool located in Davenport, Florida. Just minutes from Disney and many wonderful golf courses. . The home is located in a quiet residential area near Orlando and Kissmmee Florida. Not far from Interstate 4, the main route through central Florida and Disney attraction as well as to the ocean on either coast of Florida and Kennedy Space Center!

Additional Discounts May Be Available The villa has a spacious open floor plan with two gathering areas and two eating areas. So everyone can have their own space. It sleeps 10 comfortably. It is completely furnished and is well equipped. Just walk in and relax. We have even up-graded the mattresses to provide a good nights rest before your next fun-filled day at Disney or any of the many other family friendly activities. The home is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every bedroom. To make it perfect for large groups and two families it has two master bedroom suites. Each master has a king size bed, its own bathroom and a private entrance to the lanai and pool. Each of the other two bedrooms have two twin beds and share a third bathroom with tub/shower. There are also two large family areas, one with a Queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two eating areas plus a breakfast bar, and laundry room. We have provided a booster chair and pack-n-play sleeper for our smaller guests! . The kitchen is equipped with a full sized range, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc. All cooking and dining requirements, for indoor and out, are provided. The laundry room has large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. All bedrooms have closets and hangers and all linens (including separate bath and pool towels) are supplied. . To the rear is a covered Lanai and large pool with extended decking. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keep the bugs out. It is equipped with pool / patio furniture. Too tired to go out to a restaurant? We have provided a large BBQ grill and lots of outside seating. The rear of the property has been planted for privacy and adds to the lovely setting for relaxing by the pool. This home has a super location. It's in a private neighborhood yet has easy access to Interstate 4 a main highways to Orlando and Kissimmee and Gulf Coast and Atlantic Ocean beaches. It's located near golf courses, restaurants and all of the Disney and Sea World attractions.
