This home is located in beautiful Highland Meadows, the Elephant Rocks Golf Course community of Williams.

This immaculate house hosts a fireplace, outdoor spa available during warmer weather (approximately April 15th - October 15th), covered patio and separate deck. The fully equipped kitchen seats eight and offers everything you need to make your family at home. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort along with extra blankets for cozy nights. The family room is equipped with a 50 inch high definition flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player with a Bose surround sound system.

The master bedroom has a king bed, HD flat screen TV, spacious walk-in closet and a private bath that features a garden tub, separate shower and double-sinks.

Second and third bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed, easily accommodating six guests. Inflatable queen mattress with linens and blankets provides sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a TV with satellite channels.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convince.

Relax, nap or watch your favorite show on one of four built-in recliner chairs in the sofa and loveseat in the family room. The stone fireplace provides warmth for cool evenings. A game table, board games, cards, books, magazines and DVDs are provided for your use and enjoyment. If you are interested, there are two mountain bikes and two children's bikes available for an extra charge per day.

Area attractions include the Grand Canyon which is only 45 minutes away by car, or take the historic Grand Canyon Railroad from downtown Williams. Go horseback riding or skiing at Elk Ridge (15 minutes away) and Snow Bowl (45 minutes away). You can golf at Elephant Rocks for a reasonable fee. You may fish at Cataract Lake, Dog Town Lake or Whitehorse Lake, all within minutes from this home.

Sycamore Canyon is the second largest canyon in Arizona and only 15 miles south of Williams. Shopping and dining on historic Route 66 in quaint downtown Williams is within a 5 minute drive. Flagstaff and Sedona are nearby with easy access from this home.

Rental Rate Notes

An additional $100 cleaning fee applies and this covers all cleaning including linens and towels upon your departure.

Rental Policies

The deposit for a weeks stay is $300 in advance. For a weekend or three night stay the deposit is $300. In addition, there is a non-refundable $100 cleaning charge. This charge includes cleaning the home after your stay and washing all linens and towels. Once the deposit and cleaning fee is received, your dates will be confirmed on the calendar. Rent is due 30 days in advance. If you need to cancel for any reason, all your rent plus deposit and cleaning fee is refundable given 30 days advance notice. If you cancel within thirty days from your arrival date, only the amount of your rent is refundable. The deposit and the cleaning fee are not refundable within 30 days of your arrival date. To receive your full deposit after you have rented the home everything must be left in the same condition you found it on the day of your rental. If anything is broken, you will be charged the cost of repair/replacement and the remainder of the deposit will then be refunded.
