This Scottsdale charmer is located just minutes from the freeway, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. You are within walking distance of a beautiful park that includes a walking or bike path,fishing pond,sports fields,basketball courts and picnic areas. There are a variety of shopping areas and restaurants near by. The house itself is a beautiful 2 bdrm/2 bath fully equipped house with local phone and internet access. There is a beautiful covered patio with a gas grill overlooking the heated (optional) in-ground pool . You can see Camelback mountain from the property. What beautiful sunrises and sunsets you get from the patio and pool area while enjoying your favorite beverage. Smoking is allowed outside of the house. We would like you to feel as comfortable as you do at home. There is plenty of room in the house for a get together or to have privacy if you need to.

From our property you can take day trips to Tuscon,Sedona,or even the Grand Canyon. You can drive and see the wild west town of Tombstone and relive the shootout at the OK corral. Casinos are only a 15 minute drive away or if you need to Laughlin, Nevada is only 4 hrs and Las Vegas is about 6 hrs. If sports is your thing, then this is the place for you. From spring training baseball to college and pro football or hockey, this area has it all. If golf is your cup of tea, you have some of the best courses in the world and the PGA tour stops by a couple of times a year.. For those Nascar fans, Phoenix International Raceway has 2 races every year.. Trust me you will not be bored. You are likely to run out of vacation time before you run out of things to do..
