Rental Policies
75% deposit required at time of reservation in the form of bank check or personal check (subject to clearing). Wire transfers in US Dollars. Balance due on day of arrival, paid by cash or travelers checks, US dollars. Also a Security/Damage deposit of $700 is required, Security Deposit is refunded in full upon examination of the apartment and return of the keys on the date of the departure.
15% cancellation fee if canceled up to 10 days prior to arrival date. Full forfeiture of deposit if canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival date. No smoking, no pets.
