The villas offer lakefront or parkside accommodations and are only a short walk to the ocean. Kingston Plantation offers many year round activities such as golf, tennis, a water park, a 50,000 sq ft. Sport and Health Club, oceanfront dining, and even meeting facilities. Rental Policies

You must be 25 years of age to rent the unit. No pets or smoking are allowed.

There is no intial deposit required. You will need a credit card when you make the reservation, and this holds your room.

You have up until one week prior to arrival to cancel your reservation without being penalized. If you cancel after this time you be charged for a one night stay plus tax.
