Maui North Shore Beach Cottage

The Beach cottage is within 30 feet form the waters’ edge. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area and offers stunning views of the coastline and the west Maui mountains. Nice furniture and decoration. Ours is one of the few properties on the north shore from which you can launch your kite. We provide beach towels and a very well equipped kitchen. This is more like a home away from home.

Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayaking and snorkeling, Kanaha beach is protected by a reef one kilometer out. Beach gradient is gradual to the reef with 5 to 7 feet of water. Trade winds are from October to April, but there is always a nice breeze on the north shore of Maui.

We provide a kayak for our guests. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services, shopping and restaurants. White sand beach. Bike route passing a short distance outside the gated estate. Magnificient 4.2 acres estate; we have the widest privately owned sandy beach in Maui with 700 feet of beach frontage.

Maui has 19 different climates from rain forest to desert. We are located in the sunniest place on Maui, with the rainiest just a few miles away, in the West Maui mountains.

Activities and Attractions

We are located a short distance from the charming Paia town, with its eclectic boutiques, and high-tech windsurf shops, art galleries, entertainment and more beaches. Also a short drive from Mama’s Fish House famous restaurant or Hookipa beach where several surfing, windsurfing and now kitesurfing world competitions take place.

Maui has incredible natural diversity ranging from desert to rain forest. Visit the rain forest, the National Parks, the Haleakala Crater or the waterfalls. Enjoy a romantic dinner Hawaiian style or survive the drive to Hana. Go for an Helicopter ride, or try whale watching or scuba diving at the nearby Molokai island.

Rental Policies

Rental requests are held for one week, pending receipt of payment of a deposit.

We require 50 % of the rent before tax as a deposit.

We require the full rental 60 days prior to arrival. Once the full payment has been made, there is no refund.
