There is a spectacular outdoor covered patio deck which overlooks the water and is just the perfect place to enjoy a dinner, read a book, take in a sunset, or snooze on the outdoor sofa.
The location is superb. You are located just four streets in from Las Olas BLvd. You are walking distance to the beach as well as restaurants, bars, cafes, shops etc. You are also close to all the everyday conveniences such as supermarkets, post office, malls, fitness centers, a wide variety of restaurants, nightlife, shops, fishing, diving, water sports, day spa's, health and fitness centers, bicycle and boat rentals, highways, downtown, airport main beach strip, etc.
The street itself is in a high end neighborhood which is safe, quiet and relaxing.
