There are 2 Superior Suites and 2 Excellent Suites. Each suite has TWO rooms and a full bath room. Executive style! With all suites occupied (weddings, Reunions) 22 guests can sleep!

The Suites: The two Superior suites on the upper floor have an ensuite bath room and a walk-in-closet. Both are beautifully furnished, have a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2. If the sofa is not used as a bed you have a nice sitting corner! A cot added, up to 5 people can sleep in the large room. Domino suits 2nd room has a queen bed; Pine's a sofa bed for 2 and a cot or twin. (sleeps 6 to 7)
Between the Domino and Pine suite is a sitting (living) room with access to the balcony.
The 2 Excellent suites (Italian and No Name) are on the main floor. Both have a queen bed in 1 room. The 2nd room has a sofa bed for 2 and a twin. 5 people will have a nice sleep in either suite.
Every room of any suite has a TV and each suite has a hair dryer, clock radio and a fridge.
On the main floor is another sitting (living) room, the dining area and the kitchen.

You can see the river banks from the Villa. Down by the river you'll have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons), fish, flowers, and other beautiful plants. A very nice Playground is close by. A real Eldorado for your kids!
The Villa is a Gorgeous House, air conditioned, with modern, tasteful furnishings and carpeted floors. Bright and open. Just like your hosts! There are a lot of green plants and trees (we like green and have a green policy) around the house. We are constantly improving many things in the yard and hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden. You just have to love it! Nothing else is possible! You will see!
