Rental Policies

1 night plus $50 registration fee and 3-4% payment processing fee at time of reservation, non refundable. 50% of total must be paid 45 days prior to arrival and balance due 45 days before arrival.

Rates vary depending upon a-length of stay, b-dates of stay. c-number of guests. Strict cancellation policy. 1 night non-refundable if cancelled at anytime. Full loss of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days in advance. 50% due with reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
