Our 3bed/3bath condo is located at the idyllic Bella Piazza Resort and Spa. It is 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal and very close to Orlando's Theme Park and Sea World. Orlando Airport is 40 Kilometers away, and the luxurious 18 hole, 72 par Highlands Reserve Golf Course is adjacent to the resort.
ADDRESS The condo address is: 902 Charo Parkway, Unit # 631, Davenport, Fl, 33897, USA. It can be easily accessed on Google Maps. It is situated off Sandmine Road, off US 27.
THE RESORT Bella Piazza has TWO RESORT TYPE SWIMMING POOLS, one with a kiddies playground. There is also a FITNESS CENTRE/GYM at the clubhouse where you can have a good workout before going for a swim. The spacious clubhouse has a games room, internet cafe, and provides facilities for an outdoor BBQ grill. All this within beautifull, lush tropical landscaping.
SHOPPING The Berry Town Shopping Centre is within walking distance. Here you can obtain your groceries, obtain necessities, eat out at a restuarant, have a take-away, and there is access to ATM's.
THE CONDO The luxury 3 bed/3bath condo is situated on 2cd level and has lift and stair access. The kitchen is fully fitted, has an ice maker and there is a large washer/dryer facility in the passage. The main bedroom has a large kingsize bed with plasma TV, an en-suite bath with double basin vanity slab, walk-in shower and soaking tub. The 2cd bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bath/shower and TV. The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds with en-suite bath/shower and TV. The Kitchen and bathrooms have granite tops to add to the gracious living. The spacious great room has dining for 4, has two bar stools at the breakfast nook, comfortable lounge furnishings and a 32' plasma TV with DVD player, video games console, and games for the kids.
There is Wifi internet connection in the condo.
Deposits: A deposit of $200 will be required on completion of the booking contract. This secures the booking. The balance of payment will then be required, 8 weeks before arrival. The full rental is required if there are 8 weeks or less before arrival. A Security Deposit of $250 is required to cover damage/breakages. This is refundable within 14 days of departure after inspection of the property. This can be 'put on hold' two weeks before arrival if payment is made by card.
