Rental Policies
Rentals begin at 4 PM on Saturdays and terminate at noon on Saturdays. Premises are cleaned during this four-hour interval.
50% of the rent is due at the time of lease signing. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the commencement of the lease. Security deposit: 10% of the rent, due at the time of the second rental payment. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days of the termination of the lease, less the cost of any damage to the property.
If the lessee is unable to occupy the property, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If the property can be re-rented, the full amount of what has been paid will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If the property cannot be re-rented, there will be no refund.
