You will be nestled within your own private paradise.

You will love the indulgent touches such as plush, leather couches and chairs, twisted juniper beds, original cowboy artwork, amber lamps and chandeliers, colorful Navajo rugs and rustic oak floors. During mealtime you'll appreciate the large, wagon wheel, glass-topped dining room table. Our fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances for any Chef. Each room in this three-bedroom ranch house is a unique and artistic combination of "cowboy chic" and tropical Shangri-La.

The monument you drive in through the gate into this very tropical paradise, you will be surrounded with over over 500 palm trees, tropical flowers and plants. Our black bottom pool is the perfect place to let all your stress float away, or just revive your self in one of the two jacuzzi. Our double wide hammocks, hanging between the palm trees is a the best place for soaking up the sun, or an afternoon nap.

We have a big grassy area to have a family game of baseball, soccer, or just let kids run and play. Prepare a wonderful meal on one of the two Santa Maria BBQ. Enjoy your meal at the over sized stone table, and/or one of two Tiki tables. Make your self a fire in the two out side over sized fireplaces, we love making smores after a day swimming.

Rolling Thunder Ranch is a rustic, Southwestern, tropical getaway with all the modern amenities you will need. Rental Policies

Thunder House: Sleeps 6-8 * 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, King, King,Queen, Double Sleeper Sofa $895 per night (Sun-Thur) $995 per night (Fri-Sat) $775 per night (5 nights or longer) Enchanted Shack: Sleeps 2, Double Bed,Detached Sleeping Room (May be rented in conjunction with Thunder House) $50 per night Buffalo Cottage: Sleeps 2 * 1 bedroom, 1 bath, King with Kitchen $395 per night (Sun-Thur) $495 per night (Fri-Sat) $375 per night (5 nights or longer) You may rent Thunder House and Buffalo Cottage together or separately. Please see our official website for specific photos of this rental. There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and during peak season and a three night minimum on holidays. Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit of total due at the time of booking. Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds: Written notification is required for cancellation. If written notification is received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $150 cancellation fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented. No money is refunded in the event of an early departure. No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation. We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer exceptions.
