Rental Rate Notes
$100 REFUNDABLE security/telephone deposit. Rates based on 6 guests. $10 per person/per night additional for guests 7 and 8. 8 guest maximum. Crib, car seat, highchair are no extra cost. Discount for 14+ nights. LAST MINUTE SPECIALS FOR AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2008 - INQUIRERental Policies
OPTIONAL $85 per night for 20026Ford Explorer XLT - leather, 6-CD, 3rd seat with 7 seatbelts. We will have the car waiting for you at the PV airport. House Rate is for 6 person occupancy, and includes the IVA tax and car insurance. THE FREEWAY IS NOW COMPLETED - new 4-lane highway from the PV airport to our house - only 15 miles and 15-30 minutes away, depending on traffic.
$300 Deposit to hold; 50% payment 90-days before arrival, and balance 60-days prior to arrival. All rates include IVA tax. Car rate also includes insurance.
We require a $100 security/telephone deposit, refunded as soon as we receive the telephone bill faxed to us in Portland, Oregon. UNLIMITED FREE PHONE CALLS to US, CANADA, and WESTERN EUROPE with US Phone Service and US Phone Number. 50% of deposited funds refunded upon cancellation, all money refunded, except $200, if we can re-rent for the same dates and price.
